For over four decades, Adamson has been at the forefront of loudspeaker innovation, consistently pushing the boundaries of sound reinforcement technology. Founded by Brock Adamson in Vancouver in 1984, the company has grown from humble beginnings to become a globally recognized leader in professional audio.

Our commitment to quality and invention has been synonymous with Adamson's name in the sound reinforcement industry. We've maintained a constant dedication to in-house manufacturing, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of performance and durability.

This core principle of in-house manufacturing allows us complete control over the production process. Nearly all components, from transducers and cabinets to onboard electronics, are crafted with precision within our facilities.

"The ability to control the entire process, from design through production, is essential to ensuring that every individual component delivers optimal performance and durability," explained CEO and Founder Brock Adamson. "Keeping manufacturing in-house also allows us to better manage our production schedules. It's honestly one of the best decisions we've made."

To further bolster our commitment to quality, we've invested and completed a $4 million, 16,800-square-foot electronics production facility. This sophisticated facility features a high-speed PCB assembly line, automated optical inspection, and eco-friendly design elements. This investment not only enhances our production capacity but also paves the way for future advances in audio technology.

Our dedication to invention is evident in the continuous development of groundbreaking products. The recent launch of the VGt Line Array System exemplifies this focus, featuring the patent-pending M140 MF compression driver, onboard Class D amplification, and advanced DSP capabilities. The launch of VGt, the first product in the Vergence Group, has been highly successful, with countless deployments during the French festival season, such as Festival Bobital L’Amour, Le Mans, Festival Des Vieilles Charrues, appearances on Canadian stages and festivals and currently on tour with Imagine Dragons and Jelly Roll in the USA.

As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, Adamson remains committed to driving the evolution of sound reinforcement technology. With our focus on in-house manufacturing and continued investment in advanced facilities and products, we're well-positioned to lead the industry into a new era of unparalleled power and clarity in sound reinforcement. Brock Adamson elaborates, "This anniversary also marks a period of deliberate transformation for our company. Adamson's future lies in the power of digital technology to propel system performance, control, and versatility to entirely new levels.”

Our goal for the future is clear: to accelerate everything we do, driving the next wave of breakthrough developments in sound technology, allowing you as our partner to grow your footprint in your markets.
